The Old Collits Inn?

This building  is quite a substantial structure being two stories high on a large block of land.  Perhaps this is the old Collits Inn.  The pasture area runs down to River Lett.

 It is hoped that someone  can shed light on this mystery as to who this building belongs

  
 

The bridge shown below is over a wide section of the River Lett
