Booking or Enquiry Details

 

BOOKINGS

Booking enquiries may be made by phone, post, email, website, fax or calling into our office. Please note that rooms & activities are subject to availability - so to avoid unnecessary delay and possible disappointment please advise alternatives in case your first choice is unavailable.  Make sure deposits and payments are made within the specified time limits.

BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Group Bookings  are required in writing, either by email or fax.

  2. 25% of  booking is required as deposit on all advance bookings. (Agents acting on behalf of customers are required to advise their client of this requirement)

  3. Bookings cannot be confirmed until receipt/clearance of deposit.

  4. Failure to make deposit or final payments by specified date may result in cancellation of booking and cancellation fees will apply up to the total amount paid.

  5. Domestic bookings ~ 14 days notice of cancellation required or full rate will be charged unless room or activity can be re booked. Cancellation charges applies

  6. Overseas bookings ~ 30 days notice of cancellation required or full rate will be charged unless room/s or activity can be re booked. Cancellation charges applies

  7. Peak periods, public & school holidays and special packages - balance of room charge payable 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable unless room(s) can be re-booked.

  8. All refunds subject to non-refundable portion as described in items below.

  9. Check in time 2:00 pm - earlier by arrangement.

  10. Check out time 11 am - later by arrangement

  11. Final numbers are required 7 days prior to arrival

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT

Rooms A minimum deposit of $100.00 per booking (or an $amount stipulated at the time of booking of  25%) must be lodged within 7 days of confirmation of booking. Final payment must be made prior to arrival and with bookings made less than 7 days prior to travel, final payments in full must be made within 48 hours of confirmation. If bookings are made less than 7 days prior to travel, full payment is required on confirmation of your booking. If the period reserved was not re-booked such payments are non refundable in the event of cancellation

Activities A minimum deposit of 25% of price of activity must be given at the time of booking. Payment of balance will be made upon arrival. If the period reserved for the activity was not re-booked such payments are non refundable in the event of cancellation

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY TERMINATION OF HOLIDAYS

  1. Deposits reserve your booking for you and will be applied in full towards the cost of your package. ..

  2. If you cancel or terminate your booking earlier than expected for whatever reason, we will charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are charged under the following conditions.

  3. For bookings cancelled prior to final payment, your deposit will be forfeited.

  4. For bookings cancelled after final payment, a $50.00pp cancellation fee will be charged, plus any cancellation fee imposed by suppliers providing services. All bookings cancelled inside 7 days do incur cancellation fees which can be up to  100% of monies paid. The amount of cancellation fees charged, or any used portion of your holiday, will be deducted from the amounts paid before a refund, if any is made.

  5. Cancellation Fees. The Company reserves the right to charge cancellation or amendment fees per person to cover our administration expenses and to specify the amount of money  of cancellation fees.

GENERAL INFORMATION

a) Prices quoted on our Web pages, and on our brochures are current at time of issue, however these are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes, and other reasons. Before making final payment please check with us to see if any variation in cost, or other details has occurred

b) Child prices are based on children under 14 years (unless otherwise specified) sharing room with parents.. Cots for infants are unavailable, so you are welcome to bring your own.

c) Person making the booking, on behalf of the other people named in the reservations, agrees to take responsibility for all terms and conditions as set out above, or on their brochures, flyers, promotional material published by them.

d)  Any additional conditions will be specified on the invoice/confirmation

e) On receipt of the information such as package  or activity required, and the dates, plus the number of people, we will make the reservations at which time a deposit of 25% per person will be requested by one of the following methods:

  1. Cheque drawn on an Australian bank
  2. Credit Card (we accept Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Diners Club ). Please include Credit Card number, expiry date and name on card.
  3. Direct Deposit into our account. You must advise us of the deposit details.
  4. Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer (for overseas clients).
