      Certificate Conditions:

·         Voucher valid for six (6) months from date of purchase

·         Product may be upgrade with addition costs

·         Gift Certificate not redeemable for cash and non refundable

·         Certificates are transferable between activities prior to booking

·         Extensions available after expiry incur 20% surcharge.

·         Activity may be altered in the event of inclement weather conditions or other prevailing conditions

·         Transfers within 30 days incur $25 rebooking fee.

·         Transfers or cancellations within 7 days of activity will incur $20pp surcharge

·         Transfers or cancellations on the day can be made but a $25 pp fee is charged.

Cancellation Policy. We want to provide you with a really memorable experience, but if you have to change your booking, while we will endeavor to accommodate the change wherever possible, such changes may be liable to incur a surcharge if no replacement booking is received.
